The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States of America (USA) recognises Love First Foundation as a Section 501(c)(3) public charity. Furthermore, LFF is recognised as a Type I supporting organisation under IRC Section 509(a)(3). As a Type I supporting organisation all donations flow directly to Ekukhanyeni.
